In the practical experience, we construct a basic crane which has a servo module to be able to rotate it. Moreover, we write an "scratch" code that basically allows the crane to look for a infrared spotlight, added by a light sensor wrapped in a old magnetic tape from a VHS cassette, and load it into the "scratch" module via USB port. Finally we let the module to work alone. This routine consist in go changing the orientation of the crane and receiving signals of the infrared radiation levels through the light sensor. Once the crane has completed the whole predefined route, it will return either to the position where the most intense radiation was registered or at the beginning of the route.
